This historic warehouse was renovated to accommodate a nationwide structural engineering consulting firm. The design goals were to make the old warehouse accessible and to place vegetation to accommodate solar screening on a large expansion of a western facing glazed wall. Streetscape, sidewalks, planting, and furnishings are designed to set a standard for the surrounding revitalized district.
