We started the downtown area and developed improvements to create a more coherent whole to the downtown and a litany of functional and enrichment features. The improvements were prioritized in four phases for a total of $5 million dollars. We are to complete our portion of the work by February 2004 for TAP Architects. Phase One is under construction.
