The Arts & Humanities council renovated a 20’s estate into their headquarters for day to day operations and events. We renovated the site and located their sculptor in an entry court. Parking was carefully fitted into the existing vegetation and accessibility was provided for the disabled. Blue stone details and paving enhanced the hardscape and complemented the slate roof of the mansion. Original lighting was refurbished and utilized along with period correct laminars.
