The medical health facility was built on a sloped site. We accommodated the staff/doctor’s parking on the lower level of the visitor parking on the upper level. An expansion area was provided for future growth to the southwest. The entrance was orientated to face the morning star to link this healing facility with the tradition of the Pawnee Nation’s medicine men.
